Glove is All You Need 

The Chiba Glove Co. recently introduced its Flame Fighter, a combination fire/rescue and extrication glove that promises increased dexterity and durability. Using advanced materials and fabrics, these gloves will last two to three times longer than standard leather fire gloves and are machine-washable. The waterproof and blood-borne pathogen barrier follows through the complete glove to the end of the gauntlet. The long gauntlet is designed to go over your turnout and provides a cinch strap that prevents water and debris from getting inside. The Fourchette-style cut allows fingers to be closer together, adding dexterity and grip strength. The palms are Kevlar impregnated with silicon for a highly durable and slip-resistant surface. It also includes a Biogel silicon gel pad that protects the ulna nerve in the hand against impacts and bruising when working in a structure or in vehicle extrications.
